Whether it's a mountain bike, a racing bike or an electrically assisted bike, we offer a wide range of bikes for hire on several of our trips.
Hire on site or bring your own bike? It is tempting to bring your own equipment when you are used to it. Remember that a bike will take up space in addition to your luggage, and that it can also get damaged in transit.
In order to overcome this problem, we offer bike rental in several destinations including Corsica. We work with many partners who offer a wide range of bikes and a quality service.
Renting a bike also allows you to discover other types of bike: a carbon road bike or a VAE which will be a real ally in the steep climbs and will help you in your efforts against the wind. The battery life is generally sufficient for daily rides of up to 80km.
The bikes available for hire are aluminium or carbon road bikes, classic mountain bikes/hybrid bikes or electrically assisted bikes (EAB). Please contact us for more details.
In case of a puncture, you have everything you need to repair it (repair kit, pump). The bikes are systematically serviced between each rental.
Before each rental, a security deposit must be paid by the customer (usually in the form of an credit card imprint). The amount of this security deposit varies according to the model chosen. In addition, an inventory of fixtures of the bicycle will be made at the start, as well as another at the end of the rental period.
Keep in mind that in France :
- Yellow safety waistcoats must be worn at nightfall and in case of poor visibility (fog, heavy rain, etc.)
- Helmets are compulsory for children up to the age of 12, and highly recommended for all.
- Most routes are on roads with little traffic, but shared with cars: keep to the right, in single file.
